SUMMER CAMP 2026

Summer camp week:  June 28h-July 4th, 2026 at Heritage Reservation

Parents are responsible for transporting your Scout to and from camp.

2026 SBSA Fees for Camps Liberty (Patrol Cooking)

All program supply fees are built into your camp fees.

• SBSA Youth Camp Fee: $499

• SBSA Youth Camp Fee 2025 after March 30, 2026:  $519

• SBSA New Scout/Cross Over Camp Fee 2026: $499 

• SBSA Adult Camp Fee 2026: $215

Need assistance paying for summer camp?  Apply for a Campership from Laurel Highlands Council.  The purpose of a campership is to assist those Scouts with a financial need to attend a summer camping experience. Completion of this form DOES NOT automatically guarantee a campership.

Applications must be received by March 1. Applications received after this date will not be considered.

Forms required for summer camp are:

• Scouting America's Medical Form parts A, B, & C

• Laurel Highlands Council Medical Form

• Copy of Scout's Insurance Card

Merit Badge forms must be filled out by the April 6th meeting. You may submit one if you have paid in full for summer camp.  Cross over and first year scouts will automatically be entered into the camp's Trail to First Class program after they have registered for camp. Once the merit badge list has been released, it will be published here.
